Hey guys! Sorry my updates have been extremely sporadic lately. I’m really busy with school and work now, and I’ve barely got time to do my schoolwork let alone update my blog! I’m trying my hardest, though.
Today I ate reasonably well. I went shopping tonight and bought new food, which is always a good thing because then I have incentive to cook healthy food instead of ordering in unhealthy food.
At my last weigh in I lost .2 pounds. Not as much as I’d hoped, but still not a gain so I’m happy with it.
I’ll try to get regular about posting again tomorrow!

My dashboard has only worked 50% of the time for the past three days, so I haven’t been able to post. Here’s today’s intake, though. I’m so furious.
Breakfast:
Egg whites- 2 g carbs
Cheese- 3 g carbs
Cheesecake- 25 g carbs
Starting Weight: 310 lbs
Current Weight: 293.2 lbs
Week Weight Loss: 4.6 lbs
Total Weight Loss: 16.8 lbs
Finally! I am so proud of myself, getting over that slump! I’m pretty sure some of it had to do with the increased walking I’ve been doing since getting back to school, plus the insane amount of dancing I did last night at a club with my friends, but I’ll take what I can get!
Baked chicken- 0 g carbs
Zucchini, Squash, Onions, and Mushrooms- 10 g carbs
I did so well all day yesterday EXCEPT I then managed to have a piece of pie. This is ridiculous. It’s like I can’t even control myself if it’s in the house. I just wish someone would eat the last of it so I don’t feel tempted to. Or maybe I’ll be sneaky and throw it out. Whatever.
I reheated my leftovers from last night’s dinner for breakfast/lunch/whatever meal this is today. The veggies are soooooo good! I’m so excited I have enough to make like three more servings at least in the fridge. Om nom nom.

I went to the store last night, which means I have breakfast foods, but I was just super lazy this morning and wanted to eat leftovers. Besides, I wasn’t in the mood for eggs and sausage, and I’ll cook a hot dog or something for lunch to ~spice~ up my menu. =)
Lunch:
Turkey Burger- 0 g carbs
Cheddar Cheese- 2 g carbs
Green Beans- 5 g carbs
Fried Chicken- 8 g carbs
Dinner:
Salmon- 0 g carbs
Broccoli- 5 g carbs
Salad- 5 g carbs
“Chipless Nachos”-5 g carbs
No eggs or sausage left in the fridge! I also ran out of diet soda, so I don’t have any way to get a 0g caffiene boost. I might have to swing through the on-campus Burger King on my way to class to get a diet soda or something. I can already tell I’m going to crash later.
Lunch:
“Chipless Nachos”- 5 g carbs
Dinner:
Pizza Rolls- 30 g carbs
Definitely not the healthiest things I could have eaten today, but I’m running out of food. I’m going to the store tonight, which is good, because I’m entirely out of breakfast food (and most lunch/dinner foods).
